Engineering Project Leader

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch products while managing project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. Collaborate with departments to ensure project success, identify risks, and seize opportunities using DTUPC/DTC tools and methodologies. Maintain customer relationships to drive product acceptance and present project status while adhering to best practices. Manage projects in the production phase of the life cycle, track progress, and implement corrective actions within a matrix organization. Utilize MS Project, Jira, and Power BI to execute strategies and analyze market trends. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship

- Understanding of various project life cycles, especially SAFe Agile
