Engineering Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of engineering and growth initiatives for Adobe's Home Surfaces experiences, partnering with product, design, and engineering leaders to define scope, milestones, and delivery plans, owning program tracking and risk management, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency in program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 7-12 years of program management experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams
- experience with end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives
- ability to identify and mitigate risks and blockers
- ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and progress reporting
- experience coordinating with engineering, product, design, and leadership
- ability to improve planning accuracy and delivery processes
- experience with AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency in program execution
