Engineering Program Manager

Lead and serve as the primary single point of contact for external and internal cross-functional stakeholders to achieve project KPIs. Own end-to-end delivery of all types of projects, including high-complexity and cross-regional initiatives during each build, while managing the project schedule, cost, and quality. Manage project risk, drive continuous improvement, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to reach project goals. Prepare project-related reports and present to target audiences as requested, conducting customer or factory visits per project requirement. Support special dedicated tasks and other duties as required for program success. Requires fluid English skills, engineering background, and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
