Job Summary
Engineering Program Director leads a technical discipline, performs advisory/consulting work for broad program areas, conducts project meetings and presentations, represents the organization at functions, and may require travel to rail and client sites. Requires strong oral and written communication, ability to lead, plan, organize, and guide extensive programs of major consequence, uphold integrity and workplace culture, and adhere to company policies. Preferred qualifications include Professional Engineer (PE) and active professional practice involvement. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and advancing safety, mobility, and quality of life for customers and partners.
