Job Summary

Negotiate EPC contracts and coordinate commercial/legal reviews to ensure timely execution of agreements for EDF power solutions' project portfolio. Lead commercial negotiations and RFP discussions with counterparties, while collaborating with legal, engineering, procurement, and risk management stakeholders to finalize contract exhibits and terms. Maintain version control of executed agreements and provide contract support for project execution teams during the construction phase. Track commercial decisions across the project portfolio to maintain consistency and establish processes for uniformity in contract negotiations. Requires five years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy contract management, with a starting salary of $115,000 to $134,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years' experience in contract negotiation and contract management
  • Experience in the utility-scale renewable energy, or power generation industry
  • Extensive experience in negotiating, reviewing, and editing complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreements
  • Experience with EPC agreements specific to utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and energy storage systems
  • Ability to manage numerous, challenging work assignments simultaneously (with attention to detail) under pressing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively advise colleagues and team members on commercial risks and issues
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well with colleagues and team members
  • Superior decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound business judgment
  • Experience with project or contract management software such as Procore, Malbek
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline
