Job Summary

Develop and maintain executive relationships with key EPC accounts to drive specification influence from concept through commissioning. Create annual account plans, identify capital projects, and serve as commercial lead for large industrial initiatives while coordinating resources across automation, flow control, and digital business units. Act as a strategic connector between Emerson leadership, manufacturers, and engineering firms to align project requirements with capabilities. Monitor market trends, track project pipelines, and resolve customer issues to ensure responsiveness throughout the lifecycle. Work primarily in office and plant environments, requiring PPE and occasional lifting up to 25lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, construction management, or a related technical discipline preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, process control, flow control, EPC project execution, or related industries
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-disciplinary industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of capital project execution processes within industrial markets
  • Proven ability to coordinate resources across multiple organizations and stakeholders
  • Experience working directly with EPC firms, owner-operators, contractors, and engineering organizations
  • Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift or carry moderate weight, up to 25lbs, for short distances
  • This role will require the use of personal protective equipment or PPE when on customer sites and a strong awareness of safety risks
