Job Summary
Develop and recommend procedures for manufacturing process development, equipment installation, and validation while preparing technical reports and documentation. Perform root cause analysis on events to recommend corrective actions and monitor manufacturing loss on assigned lines. Diagnose malfunctioning systems to identify hazards, defects, and repair needs, communicating regularly with operators regarding line issues. Liaise with team leaders on productivity and efficiency performance, assisting engineering with technical improvements and ensuring adherence to EHS and quality compliance requirements. Support production readiness through process stabilization and training during new implementations. Requires high school diploma, two years of relevant experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Pay starts at $32.22/hr with up to 10% travel.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work the majority to 100% of time at customer facilities

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing and/or regulated environment
- Demonstrated ability to lay out and set-up machines as well as product inoculation
- Demonstrated ability to inspect product with the use of all standard inspection tools
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, and accountability
