Engineering Process and Work Management Analyst

Job Summary
Own and maintain Smartsheet environments including sheets, reports, dashboards, and workflows supporting workforce and task management. Partner with teams to translate planning and execution processes into structured, scalable solutions while ensuring data integrity across all work management tools. Develop reports to provide visibility for contributors and leadership, design automations to reduce manual effort, and serve as the primary point of contact for Smartsheet troubleshooting and user guidance. Train users on best practices and continuously evaluate system effectiveness to recommend workflow improvements. Support additional central NPI initiatives and cross-functional project activities, particularly during the initial phase prior to full implementation of standard project management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years' experience with Smartsheet or similar work/project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Jira)
- Experience supporting operational workflows, project tracking, or workforce management environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams including operations, engineering, project management, and leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
