Job Summary
Engineering Process Administrator to oversee the implementation and execution of engineering and R&D processes across security controls, documentation, certification, budgeting, schedules, and deliverables. Collaborates with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure process requirements are met; drafts and updates process guidelines; maintains access controls; coordinates with compliance services (CMMC, ISO); compiles monthly status on schedules and budgets; oversees contractual deliverables; manages documentation and labeling workflows. Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in engineering process management (or an equivalent combination with HS diploma and 8 years), strong reporting/presentation skills, familiarity with contractual documentation, and proficiency with MS Office and Google tools. Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 12 months; U.S. citizenship is required; background check clearance is required. Preferred: Master’s degree; excellent communication skills. Role is hybrid with minimum of 3 onsite days per week at the West Los Angeles headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in engineering process management or implementation work
- OR High School diploma (or GED) and 8 years of experience in engineering process management or implementation work
- Demonstrated effective reporting and presentation skills
- Familiarity with contractual requirements on engineering projects, particularly documentation and deliverables
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), PDF tools, and equivalent Google tools
- Current active clearance at SECRET level; OR the ability to obtain a SECRET US Government security clearance within 12 months of the start date
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts
- Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check
