Engineering Plumber

Perform routine maintenance on property vehicles and related tools/equipment, including checking oil and fluid levels, tire pressure/wear, battery charging, and spark plug replacement. Conduct preventative maintenance, keep maintenance inventory, requisition parts, and maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, safety activities, test results, instrument readings, and equipment malfunctions. Follow all safety policies and procedures, report hazards and injuries, complete safety training, and properly store flammable materials. Communicate clearly, prepare and review written documents, answer telephones with proper etiquette, and foster positive working relationships to support team goals. Move and handle objects up to 50 pounds, use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, visually inspect tools and equipment, and be able to bend/twist/reach as needed. Education preference: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree; Related work experience of at least 2 years; no supervisory experience required.
