Job Summary
Engineering Planner & Scheduler responsible for developing and maintaining integrated engineering project schedules using Primavera P6 across GT/GEN/ST/HRSG and BoP scopes; supports proposal, contract, and execution phases to ensure schedule accuracy and transparency; prepares and maintains Tender Time Schedules (TTS), Overall Time Schedules (OTS), Master Time Schedules (MTS), System Time Schedules (STS), and portfolio-level schedules; conducts baseline revisions, deviation management, and schedule logs; supports data inputs for contract documentation and schedule-related inputs; performs schedule control, critical-path analysis, float tracking, and EOT/impacted schedule analyses; prepares dashboards, KPIs, Earned Value, progress reports, and forecast completion analyses; generates weekly look-ahead schedules and supports monthly reporting; collaborates with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, vendors) to ensure schedule alignment and continuous improvement; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 3-7 years of experience in Engineering Planning, Project Planning, or Project Controls within industrial, EPC, or manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools
