Job Summary
Receive and review customer parts enquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders while coordinating internally with purchasing, stores, and production teams to ensure timely fulfilment. Monitor order progress, follow up on outstanding requests, and communicate delays or shortages to customers promptly. Maintain accurate records and assist with resolving supply issues or order discrepancies. This Monday–Friday role offers consistent hours within a supportive team environment at a growing WA-owned manufacturer supplying the mining and transport industries.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service, internal sales, sales administration or similar experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good computer and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional and proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to work effectively with multiple internal departments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within engineering, manufacturing, mining, automotive or industrial industries
- Experience using ERP or business management systems
- Mechanical aptitude or technical product knowledge
- Parts interpreting experience
- Experience with the mineral or water well industry
