Job Summary
The Engineering Officer is responsible for carrying out asset inspections along the North South Expressway, updating and maintaining inspection databases, preparing defect findings for client submission, assisting in reviewing inspection results, preparing draft inspection reports, conducting third-party inspections, and managing emergency response situations. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required along with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with asset inspection processes is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in infrastructure inspection, highway maintenance, or asset management
- Familiarity with Master Inspection Program (MIP), asset condition assessment, and defect reporting processes
