Job Summary
Develop a broad understanding of the Engineering organization to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and transformation. Partner with Engineering leadership to accelerate organizational transformation through empathetic communication that aligns with business goals and enhances team engagement. Leverage data-driven insights and cross-team collaboration to inform decision-making and guide high-impact initiatives. Lead the creation of high-quality content and events that promote the Engineering brand and showcase the organization's talent and culture. Support strategic, high-visibility projects led by the Engineering c-suite and foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across diverse teams and global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Management, Business Operations or a related analytical field such as Operations, Information & Decisions
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Management, Business Operations or a related analytical field such as Operations, Information & Decisions
- one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role

- business management and employee or client engagement
