Job Summary
Lead teams across Avionics, Mechanical, Propulsion, and Aero-Structural Repairs within Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center. Oversee customer service requests, repair development, and systems troubleshooting; manage projects and resources; provide technical management of suppliers and drive process improvements. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers; approve technical approaches and processes; ensure regulatory compliance and safety. Requires leadership experience in engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a complex, multi-cultural environment. Relocation within India is available. Fluency in English and strong documentation skills (reports, proposals, SOWs) are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred but not required)
- 15+ years of aviation domain experience
- 1 year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completed Boeing internal leadership course
- ability to work with cross-functional teams
- strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- English proficiency and MS Office competence
