Job Summary
Apprenticeship in Engineering & Manufacturing Support based in Milton Keynes. Work alongside experienced engineers in the European Technical Centre to deliver high-quality, responsive technical support and contribute to product design, testing, and customer solutions. Training components include Level 3 Engineering & Manufacturing Support Technician, with ongoing development toward senior engineering responsibilities and potential progression after completing the program. Responsibilities include learning product design, building/modifying equipment from drawings, understanding pneumatic and electrical systems, testing product performance, using workshop tools, following safety and regulatory requirements, and assisting customers with problem solving. Requirements include a proactive, detail-oriented approach, good maths/science foundations, ability to follow instructions, teamwork and initiative, and strong timekeeping. Duration is 42 months, including college-based training and end-point assessment, with potential progression to higher qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 4-9 (A-C) including Mathematics, English language and a Science or Technical subject at grade 6 or above.
