Job Summary
Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader while leading teams across multiple business levels through influence. Use initiative to identify and develop process improvements, then assist your team with the development and execution of project ideas. Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently by setting regular feedback sessions with your leader. Support operations for dishwasher, laundry, refrigeration, cooking products, and the plastics center of excellence across disciplines including shop operations, process engineering, and global supply chain management. Travel 0-10% and some overtime or Saturdays may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related degrees) or Supply Chain Management, Operations Management (or related degrees)
- December 2027 or later graduation date
- Cumulative GPA >=3.0 (out of 4.0)
- Must be willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (i.e., Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality/ Quality, Materials, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Distribution, Fulfillment, Consumer Operations, Advanced Manufacturing)
- Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required
