Job Summary
Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader and lead teams across multiple business levels through influencing. Use initiative to find and develop process improvements, assisting your team with the development and execution of project ideas while demonstrating an analytical approach to problem solving. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and set regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader. Assignments span shop operations, process engineering, advanced manufacturing, global supply chain, quality, sourcing, and materials management. The Summer 2027 Co-op runs from May 17 to August 06, 2027, in Decatur, AL, with some overtime and Saturdays potentially required. Housing and relocation assistance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related degrees) or Supply Chain Management, Operations Management (or related degrees)
- December 2027 or later graduation date
- Cumulative GPA >=3.0 (out of 4.0)
- Must be willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (i.e., Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality/ Quality, Materials, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Distribution, Fulfillment, Consumer Operations, Advanced Manufacturing)
- Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required
