Job Summary
Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader while leading teams across multiple business levels through influencing. Use initiative to find and develop process improvements, assisting your team with the development and execution of project ideas. Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving and the ability to work independently on assignments in shop operations, process engineering, advanced manufacturing engineering, global supply chain management, quality, sourcing, materials management, and manufacturing management. Complete projects and duties designated by your assignment leader within a team environment. Support ovens and ranges at Appliance Park in Lafayette, GA, with some overtime and Saturday work required. Housing and relocation assistance are available for eligible students.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related degrees) or Supply Chain Management, Operations Management (or related degrees)
- December 2027 or later graduation date
- Cumulative GPA >=3.0 (out of 4.0)
- Must be willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (i.e., Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality/ Quality, Materials, Total Productive Maintenance, Lean, Distribution, Fulfillment, Consumer Operations, Advanced Manufacturing)
- Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required
