Engineering Manager

Manage all engineering activities to ensure product quality and process efficiency meet customer requirements and company goals. Review Key Performance Indicators, implement metrics, and provide regular management reports while identifying skill gaps to strengthen the organization and drive succession planning. Lead and coordinate electronic engineering personnel in fabrication, design, and testing apparatus development, resolving test yield problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Plan, select, and develop manufacturing methods using lean techniques, introduce new products via APQP and PPAP tools, and establish technology roadmaps with regional technical teams. Develop new manufacturing practices to align with external industrial standards, estimate cost and ROI for equipment investments, and encourage innovation within the team.
