Drive AI-native workflows across the SDLC to improve efficiency, guide architecture and modernization efforts, and champion developer experience by reducing toil and brittleness. Collaborate with Product and Design to align on goals, empower engineers through coaching and mentoring, and foster a culture of fast, decentralized decision-making and strong partnerships. Hybrid role based in Vancouver with office days and local collaboration.
