Job Summary
Engineering Manager, Wire Harness to lead a team responsible for design, development, integration, qualification, and production support of electrical wire harness assemblies for aerospace/defense applications; partners across Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Program Management; responsibilities include harness architecture, routing, connector selection, EMI/EMC considerations, design reviews, engineering changes, qualification and testing, and production-readiness; requires Bachelor's in Electrical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years in electrical systems and wire harness design, 1-3 years of technical/people leadership, familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, NASA/MIL-STD aerospace wiring standards, DFM/DFA/DFT, AS9100, ERP/PLM/cad tools, and strong communication skills.
