Job Summary
Direct workers on painting and structural repairs for masonry, woodwork, and furnishings; inspect completed work against blueprints and standards; study production schedules and worker hour estimates; interpret company policies to enforce safety regulations; establish or adjust work procedures to meet production goals; suggest changes to equipment and conditions to increase crew efficiency; analyze and resolve work problems; and initiate plans to motivate workers toward objectives. Coordinate activities with other supervisors to align departmental efforts. Requires minimum two years of leadership experience in a resort or commercial environment and hands-on technical expertise with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or life safety systems. Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a resort or commercial environment
- Hands-on technical experience working with building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or life safety systems
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must regularly lift, move, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check, drug test, and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA safety certification is preferred
