Job Summary
Lead engineering for a topic team to ship high-quality software on predictable schedules while optimizing processes and implementing engineering process improvements. Make sure that meetings are effective and provide vision, sense of purpose, and visibility to teams. Coach people and the organization through regular one-on-ones where you set expectations, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews. Develop a strong two-way feedback loop, support engineers in resolving challenges, and craft a fulfilling work experience through career growth conversations.
