Engineering Manager

Lead and develop engineering team members while supporting delivery planning, execution, and team coordination. Improve engineering processes and quality standards by working closely with product and technical leaders on priorities. Remove blockers and support team effectiveness through mentoring, hiring contributions, and maintaining visibility across engineering workstreams. This role combines people leadership, delivery oversight, and engineering process improvement to help create a strong, scalable technical organization.
