Job Summary
Oversee engineering and drafting projects, processes, budgets, and timelines; ensure conformance with organizational policies and objectives. Create detailed engineering plans and procedures for bid processes; ensure safe, efficient, and profitable jobsite tasks. Provide accurate hourly schedules for job processes related to bids and calculate manhour requirements for bid-related functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas
- At least 10 years of engineering experience with a minimum of 5 years in a management role
- Resides in/near Midland/Odessa and able to work onsite Mon-Fri
- Must be able to stamp drawings
