Engineering Manager UZ Islands - Greenfield – Offshore Water Injection Project

Lead engineering activities for the UZ Islands Greenfield Offshore Water Injection Project from concept through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Manage and coordinate all engineering disciplines including Process, Mechanical, Piping, Structural, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, and HSE. Establish execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements while ensuring deliverables meet client specifications and industry standards. Lead design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, constructability, and operability studies. Work closely with the Project Director and Project Manager to achieve milestones, monitor progress, and support budgeting and change management. Act as the principal engineering focal point for the client, coordinating interfaces between offshore facilities, subsea systems, and supporting infrastructure. Ensure compliance with international offshore oil and gas standards and drive technical governance processes. This role provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and serves as the primary engineering interface with the client, contractors, and project stakeholders.
