Job Summary
Engineering Manager to lead a team of estimators, engineers, and detailers focused on utility structures (tubular steel poles, arms, and accessories) for power distribution. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching the team, ensuring design policy adherence, making design decisions with leadership, supporting sales through customer interactions, driving continuous improvement, upholding safety and housekeeping standards, and traveling 25-50% to visit customers and plants. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PE certification (or ability to obtain within six months), leadership experience, and experience in steel design or utility pole/tower structures. The role reports to the Director of the Engineering Department and offers a comprehensive compensation package including relocation support.
