Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager to lead and grow engineering teams, collaborate with product teams, contribute to roadmap, recruit and develop leaders, ensure engineering excellence, and drive customer value. You’ll report to the VP of Engineering as an early team member, partner with CEOs and other leaders, and help scale Tracksuit’s engineering function from Auckland-based operations. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-quality product features in a fast-paced environment.
