Job Summary
Engineering Manager responsible for leading technical delivery across multiple automation and control system projects, guiding engineering teams, and driving technical strategy. Oversees project execution to meet scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring engineers, strengthening engineering standards, and collaborating with project managers, business development, and leadership. Responsibilities include system architecture and control system design guidance, developing engineering design philosophies, ensuring adherence to the company’s QMS and quality standards, and fostering continuous improvement and staff development in high-impact industrial environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Typically 13+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or systems integration environments
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and complex automation projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant industry certifications preferred
