Job Summary
Lead the engineering team at the Ellinikon Mall construction site, coordinating study office activities and ensuring technical data availability for project execution. Define technical document requirements, oversee design data collection per contract and regulations including quality, HSE, and LEED standards, and supervise design processes. Review and validate submitted drawings against engineer approvals and establish execution methods with the Construction Director. Monitor documentation for design changes in collaboration with branch engineers. Requires a 20-year engineering background and Revit proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι Πολιτικού/Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού
- 20 έτη εμπειρίας σε κατασκευή σύνθετων κτιριακών έργων
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά και γραπτά)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office / AutoCAD
- Πολύ καλή γνώση του λογισμικού Revit της Autodesk
- Ικανότητα οργάνωσης και συντονισμού παράλληλων εργασιών
- Ανεπτυγμένες δεξιότητες διαχείρισης ομάδων
- Δέσμευση στο αποτέλεσμα
