Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager role at SIMCO TECHNOLOGIES in Dubai leading structural engineering teams on concrete repair and rehabilitation projects across the Middle East. Responsibilities include managing engineering projects internally (teams of engineers, drafters, and technicians), analyzing field data to facilitate problem solving and repair design, performing and reviewing analyses with hand calculations and finite element software, and preparing client deliverables such as construction drawings, specifications, and written reports. Requires a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) or equivalent, 10+ years of experience, and a Master’s or PhD degree in civil or structural engineering. Proficiency with concrete deterioration mechanisms, AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software, and FEA tools (SAP2000, RISA, STAAD) is expected. Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills are sought; travel for site visits is available. Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
