Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership for the global Application and Design engineering function, shaping engineering processes, standards, and technical direction. Effectively manage and deliver corporate engineering services while ensuring a disciplined design and project management process from development through manufacturing. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and quality personnel to facilitate the orderly and profitable transfer of technologies from development to practical application. This senior-level role requires evidence-based change management to implement technology, structure, and process improvements within a highly regulated market. Required Qualifications
