Job Summary
Own the end-to-end success of the Salesforce platform domain, from architecture and design through global-scale deployment. Set technical direction for major SFDC initiatives by reviewing platform architecture and ensuring the team ships with both quality and speed. Lead a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, driving collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Business to translate commercial needs into scalable solutions. Champion AI-assisted development and automation-first thinking across daily workflows while managing senior stakeholder expectations. Manage complex technical and commercial trade-offs with clarity. Requires 13+ years in software engineering and 2+ years leading mid-to-large teams.
Required Qualifications
- 13+ years in software engineering
- at least 2 years leading mid-to-large engineering teams
- deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce
- knowledge of Apex
- knowledge of Triggers
- knowledge of Lightning Flows
- knowledge of LWC
- knowledge of modern web technologies such as JavaScript and Web Components
- fluency in Agile and Scrum
- ability to make distributed, cross-functional teams work well together
- ability to communicate with precision aligning engineers
- ability to influence business leaders
- ability to write technical decisions that stick
- ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
- ability to lead with curiosity
- ability to see ambiguity as an opportunity rather than an obstacle
