Job Summary
Engineering Manager (Salesforce) at SIXT responsible for providing technical leadership on major SFDC initiatives, reviewing platform architecture/design with engineers to drive business value, aligning product, engineering, and business teams, building and mentoring high-performance teams, leading functional and technical workshops, managing customer expectations and negotiations with customers/partners, and documenting As-Is business processes and solution designs for Salesforce.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech/B.E. or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline
- 13+ years of relevant software engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience managing mid-large teams
- Experience with Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC; HTML, JavaScript, Web Components; Java is a plus
- Proficient with Agile development and Scrum
- Strong cross-functional and cross-geographical collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
