Job Summary
As an Engineering Manager (SRE), you will lead and support 1–2 SRE teams responsible for Azure-based infrastructure and platform operations. Your role involves fostering an inclusive engineering culture, encouraging career growth, and promoting best practices in security and system reliability. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SRE efforts with product objectives and facilitate iterative improvement in infrastructure delivery. Your technical leadership and people management skills will be essential in guiding teams through various delivery cycles while upholding operational excellence through tracking relevant metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of leadership experience
- Fluent in core SRE practices (monitoring, automation, CI/CD, incident response, IaC)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in or managing teams using Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially incident and problem management
