Job Summary
Define the long-term roadmap for the Cloud Foundations segment, shifting fundamental cloud capabilities into self-service, developer-friendly products. Oversee a critical portfolio of core platform capabilities, including AWS cloud management, Infrastructure as Code frameworks, and the Privileged Access Platform. Empower engineering teams to autonomously provision infrastructure, manage secrets, and deploy workloads securely through well-defined APIs and automated guardrails. Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team of engineers specializing in cloud architecture and platform engineering while elevating engineering practices around automation, observability, and secure-by-default architecture. Act as a strategic liaison between Engineering, Product, Security, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive platform adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading high-impact platform, cloud infrastructure, SRE or DevOps teams in a complex, scale-up or enterprise environment
- Deep experience in AWS cloud architecture, automated multi-account management frameworks and cloud networking baselines
- Proven track record of transforming foundational cloud infrastructure into product-led, self-service platform solutions that enhance developer experience
- Solid grasp of self-service platform design, observability, automation and secure-by-default architecture
- Strong skills in coaching, performance management, team building and cultivating an inclusive, high-accountability culture
- Excellent communication and influence skills - able to interface effectively with Security, Architecture and Product teams to drive platform alignment without relying solely on formal authority
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
