Job Summary
Engineering manager to lead Watershed's reporting team based in London, partnering with Product, Design and Customer teams to define a technical roadmap that balances time-to-market with codebase stewardship. Own team execution to maintain quality and pace, oversee AI adoption to enable engineers and deliver ROI, and collaborate with engineering leadership to make Watershed a productive and impactful place for engineers. Requires 8+ years engineering experience, 3+ years in management, experience building user-facing applications focusing on usability, performance and scale, systems thinking, leadership experience with high-performing teams, and in-office work 4 days per week.
Required Qualifications
