Engineering Manager - Regression Testing

Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDETs by managing hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. Set and own QA regression strategy, including test strategy, quality standards, processes, and tooling direction across the team. Define, track, and report quality metrics and KPIs to surface QA health to engineering leadership. Partner with other QA managers to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage across manual and automated efforts. Guide the team's balance of manual and automated testing investment, oversee defect tracking, and partner with DevOps to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines. Drive adoption of modern tooling and AI-assisted testing practices across the team. This role establishes the India Engineering Center of Excellence from the ground up, shaping the QA function for Bitwarden's password management and secrets management products used by millions globally.
