Job Summary
Lead backend management and technical leadership for the system managing all Free subscribers, including subscriptions, member spaces, video services, and mobile sales. Develop complex business process understanding for third-party billing, subscription management, and fiber optic connectivity. Guide the team to define distributed system architecture while performing hands-on Python development with FastAPI and SQLAlchemy. Drive development practices ensuring resilience, quality, testability, and velocity, alongside operational methods for production teams. Requirements include Python3, SQL, high-performance distributed systems, Linux, Docker, observability tools like Grafana, and security by design. Familiarity with Kafka, React, and Kubernetes is optional. Full-time role with up to six days of remote work per month post-integration.
