Engineering Manager (Production)

Lead the Production Engineering Team for Boeing Ukraine in Kyiv; develop project plans, direct all project phases, and act as primary customer contact for project activities. Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders; set policies and procedures and establish operational goals. Coordinate resources across finance, sourcing, and scheduling; liaise between project, team, and direct reports. Build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners. Manage project deliverables and all staff assigned; identify and manage opportunities, risks, and issues with mitigation and contingency planning. Define success criteria, run project meetings from kickoff to post-implementation, and deliver progress reports, requirements documents, and presentations. Ensure changes in scope are managed and project health is transparently reported throughout the life cycle. Qualifications include at least one year in a leadership role or equivalent Boeing leadership training, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and extensive project management experience; English proficiency (upper-intermediate) and rights to work in Ukraine. Preferred: 5+ years in aerospace/manufacturing, 2+ years leading teams, and participation in continuous professional development; relocation assistance is non-negotiable and visa sponsorship is not offered.
