Job Summary
Engineering Manager for the Product Engineering team accountable for the full-stack development of enterprise software. Lead a high-performing team, mentor and develop engineers, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Technical Writing to define roadmaps, plan capacity, prototype, and deploy solutions. Role emphasizes technical leadership, architectural input, and ensuring quality, reliability, scalability, and usability. Requires 5+ years of engineering management experience, a strong AI/ML/data-driven product background, startup-friendly mindset, and proficiency with modern stacks (TypeScript, React) in SaaS/enterprise contexts. Will leverage AI tools to improve team productivity and product capabilities, with hybrid work arrangements in San Francisco, USA and Bengaluru, India, as part of a global, customer-centric organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years engineering management experience
- Strong background in AI, ML, and data-driven products
- Experience building and scaling intelligent applications
- Technical proficiency with modern tech stacks including cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, TypeScript, React
- SaaS & enterprise software delivery experience at scale
- Experience implementing SDLC and using productivity tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- AI-driven development mindset and ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows
