Job Summary
Engineering Manager to lead a team of ~26 engineers in the indoor unit product line for residential heat pump solutions. Direct leadership, mentor and career development for engineers; drive technical vision from requirements engineering through integration and testing; ensure adherence to timelines and cost targets. Foster cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, modules, purchasing, and product management. Requires engineering degree, several years in product development (ideally HVAC/thermal systems), strong leadership, knowledge of agile methodologies, and English communication; thrives in an international environment with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) or a similar qualification.
