Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Software Engineering
- at least 2 years of experience leading teams
- You have been a software engineer (probably still consider yourself an engineer), and enjoy being hands-on
- You practice Servant Leadership and help others unlock their full potential
- You continually work to improve yourself and those around you
- You have excellent planning, organization, and decision-making skills
- You have the ability to break complex product requirements into easily shippable milestones and produce tech designs for the same
- You have the knack of communicating smoothly with others and bringing everyone together
- Experience in leading a full stack team
- Expertise in a strongly typed language such as Java or C#
- Experience with Microservices
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience working in AI Spec Driven Design
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD
- Experience with Event Driven Architecture
- Expertise in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks like React
