Job Summary
Engineering Manager for Platform Engineering (DevOps & SRE) responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, driving cross-team initiatives in security and compliance, and establishing roadmaps, milestones, and OKRs. Leads a distributed team, mentors engineers, and partners with product teams to accelerate development and engineering velocity while embracing AI-enabled tooling and practices. Role includes room for expanding scope over time, with flexible, hybrid or remote work across Europe and opportunities to work from multiple European hubs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Experience leading DevOps/SRE or platform teams in a cloud-native environment (AWS, GCP, GitLab or similar)
- Strong project and program management, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment
- Able to engage with engineers at all levels and provide broad technical guidance
