Job Summary
Lead and grow the multidisciplinary Platform team across Frontend, Backend, and DevOps, managing high-impact web and app products including the Fleet dashboard, payment integration systems, and vehicle configuration tools. Drive architecture, technology, and hiring roadmaps while resolving cross-functional conflicts and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Provide mentorship on architectural decision-making to ensure scalability and alignment with product goals, overseeing both internal technical teams and external design partners toward delivery targets.
Required Qualifications
- Deep technical expertise with solid architectural understanding and hands-on experience in React and/or GoLang
- Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and end-to-end delivery
- Experience with telemetry, real-time data visualization, and geospatial dashboards
Desired Qualifications
- Domain agility: Automotive experience is not a requirement; we value the ability to transfer expertise from other domains (e.g., mapping, IoT, consumer applications)
- Experience with IoT, telemetry, and real-time distributed systems
- Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Jira, Git
- Background in vehicle or asset tracking systems
