Job Summary
Engineering Manager, Platform and AI Infrastructure at Anrok. You will hire, manage, and grow a talented team building the platform and AI infrastructure that powers Anrok's product; set product and technical strategy; write and review code alongside the team; foster a collaborative culture focused on feedback, opportunity, and growth; contribute to engineering culture and initiatives; identify appropriate uses of AI to automate workflows; mentor engineers and raise the bar on how we build. The role emphasizes leadership of platform and AI infrastructure, with a track record of managing engineers, building shared services, and delivering reliable, scalable systems. The team primarily uses TypeScript and React, and the company supports a hybrid work model across NYC, Salt Lake City, and San Francisco hubs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
