Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary engineering team to design, develop, and deliver power electronics and battery systems for UAVs and other advanced platforms. Responsibilities include mentoring electrical, mechanical, and software engineers; overseeing projects from requirements definition through design, testing, and delivery; ensuring compliance with industry standards (UN 38.3, FCC) and ISO/AS9100; coordinating with product management, manufacturing, and business development; maintaining a well-equipped lab and managing budgets; engaging with customers and contributing to technical proposals and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in engineering roles
- 至少3 years in a leadership or management position
- Experience in power electronics, battery systems, or aerospace/defense technologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CAD tools, simulation software, and embedded systems development
