Job Summary
Engineering Manager leading a team of engineers across design, purchasing, manufacturing, testing, delivery and installation for submarine power cables. Drive technical solutions, discuss challenges, follow Nexans’ Project Execution Modell, contribute to efficiencies and improvements, and promote Quality and HSE. Fluency in Norwegian and English required; Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3-5 years of engineering management experience preferred. Workplace primarily Halden or Oslo with potential for partial remote work; collaboration with global partners and energy industry stakeholders.
