Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–15 Software Engineers focused on .NET and React technologies while providing architectural guidance for European Digital Commerce projects. Drive delivery of strategic platform initiatives by partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders across Europe to ensure scalable, secure solution design. Manage team capacity, delivery planning, and continuous improvement without engaging in day-to-day coding, fostering a high-performing engineering culture. This role involves leading a skilled team within TD SYNNEX's Digital Commerce organization, shaping the technology powering the company's eCommerce ecosystem across Europe.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years leading software engineering teams
- Previous hands-on experience as a .NET / C# Software Engineer or Technical Lead
- Strong understanding of .NET, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, microservices and modern software architecture
- Experience leading Agile engineering teams delivering enterprise software
- Excellent people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple European countries
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Generative AI, AI-assisted software development, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, Semantic Kernel, LangChain or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with Azure is highly desirable
